Food Network star Chef Jet Tila visited UNCG

I was asked last week to document a special visit to UNCG from Chef Jet Tila. He met with some of the VIP's at the Alumni House for a meet and greet book signing followed by a cooking demo for a select group of students and guests. It was a honor meeting this celebrity chef especially with me being a big fan of Asian influence cooking!

Jet Tilakamonkul, also known Jet Tila, is an American celebrity chef and restaurateur. He is currently the chef of The Charleston and Pakpao Thai. Tila has appeared on Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, Iron Chef America, Guy's Grocery Games, and The Best Thing I Ever Ate. - Wikipedia.

The food images above are some featured recipes from his cook book that was published in 2017. He is currently working on another book to launch later this year.
