The Most Anticipated Wedding of 2026 at Sedgefield CC

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Brown. Julie and Drew were officially married on June 13, 2026 here in Greensboro at the historic Sedgefield Country Club. It was a pleasure capturing their special wedding day and here is a sneak peek of the event as we continue the post production process on their photography.
I have known Drew for well over 10 years and he has been a corporate photo client and golf buddy of mine through the years. I got a call from him almost a year and a half ago letting me know of his engagement to Julie, his long life crush from when they were kids back in Poplar Bluff, MO.
He said Julie will be in touch and to set her up with the A-team vendor list for the big wedding day. The beautiful Sedgefield Country Club was the host location and I was able to call on my favorite vendors and they were all available!
My assistant Alex and I started the day with some preparation shots and were able to provide ample time before the ceremony to capture all the bridal party, immediate family photos and some fun shots for Julie and Drew, which I always recommend and prefer. That way after the ceremony we only needed a few shots on the list and then we all headed to cocktail hour and the start of the reception.
For the ceremony portion, Drew made his grand entrance to the The Masters Theme song...if you know you know :) and Julie walked down the aisle with her son and father hand in hand to begin the ceremony on the front lawn of the club. Over 350 guests witnessed this special union and was great seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd as well.
The exquisite flowers throughout the event were from Abba Design. Tonya and her team knocked it out of the park and also assisted with event planning and coordinating services for this event. The food and beverage team at the club provided amazing service to all the guests which boasted tons of appetizer stations and 5 bars for people to grab their libation of choice. After their magazine front cover photo shoot, we quickly prepped for the grand entrance to the ball room and captured tons of fun candid moments as DJ Paul Cordts took the reins and had people up and dancing for hours.
We partied down for a few hours and got ready for their classic car departure. Julie and Drew drove away in style and I look forward to having them visit my studio later this month for a personal preview of all 400+ images on the big screen. Micciche Photography provides this for all our awesome clients at our Downtown Greensboro studio space located at 301 S Elm St.
