Posh Celebration at The Proximity Hotel

Camille was referred to my studio by a close friend, who happens to also be a long standing client with us! She was planning a big birthday celebration for herself with a gold theme and The Proximity Hotel was the perfect venue for this posh event! She invited her close group of friends and family that lived locally, but many flew in for the occasion.

This event was perfectly executed and I was able to arrive a few minutes early to offer some important group shots of the immediate family before the rest of the guests arrived. I was then able to work the room and capture fun and in the moment candid images, which is exactly what the client wanted.

A few weeks after, I invited the couple back to the studio for a personal preview on the big screen and then began to talk through the album image selection process and the other fun details in regards to making a custom layout book design. The images below are the final layout pages I wanted to share with you this month. The album is in production with my print lab/album company based out of Italy and is a few week turn around time.

When creating custom album layouts, I am always sure to use detail images to create depth within the pages and use them as background layers to support the most important shots the client gets to choose. Camille was thrilled with the flow of the book and loved the layout!

I would also highly recommend The Proximity Hotel for your next event. Over the years I have worked with this venue on high end weddings, personal parties and corporate events. Their attention to detail and venue aesthetics are top notch.
