Summer Swim and Fun at Sedgefield CC

July has been a fun and busy month of photography projects. A few weeks back I captured a sizable swim meet for the Sedgefield Fins swim team here in Greensboro. Each year I come out to create a new group photo and be available to the team for candid shots and action photos of the event.

I have been the go to photographer for Sedgefield Country Club for over a decade and a proud McConnell Golf member as well. Swim action shots are some of the hardest to capture in the moment due to the quick movements and the reaction time a photographer has to have is key! I got some great images to share with the team and their families as wonderful keepsakes for years to come.

The swim team comprises kids of all ages, ranging from youth all the way through high school. Different age divisions and heats make up the swim event and run every few minutes for a few hours. I was there with the team for about two hours this particular time and was a successful event indeed.
